Description
An Englewood animal shelter that made headlines after it euthanized 12 puppies following rabies exposure has relinquished its license after it was suspended by the state in February.
On Wednesday, Moms and Mutts: Colorado Rescue for Pregnant and Nursing Dogs Inc. (MAMCO) relinquished their pet animal care and facilities license as part of an agreement with the Colorado Department of Agriculture's Pet Animal Care and Facilities Act (PACFA) program.
