Four families were displaced after a two-alarm fire at a townhome complex outside of Littleton Thursday night. The complex is located just north of Highway 470 off South Kipling Parkway. West Metro Fire Rescue reported that the fire damaged two townhomes—one on the second floor and another on the third, but smoke and water damage affected nearly half of the building.
