The Denver Zoo has welcomed a new member to its family. Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance announced on Friday that BB, a 4-year-old female reticulated giraffe, has given birth. The delivery went smoothly, the zoo said. “The teams have been watching cameras throughout the night during her birth window to check for signs of labor," Curator of Large Mammals Maura Davis said.
