A Denver judge on Friday imposed what is effectively a life sentence for a man who kidnapped and assaulted at least a dozen women while posing as a rideshare driver. Denver District Judge Karen Brody sentenced John Pastor-Mendoza to 290 years to life following his convictions in October on 30 separate counts.
