Hundreds of Latina entrepreneurs gathered at the third annual Adelante Latina Convention in Adams County to grow their individual businesses while advancing their growing economic impact in Colorado. The convention is organized by Adelante Community Development, a Commerce City-based nonprofit that provides professional training and opportunities to businesses owners. In the past year, Adelante has helped 620 entrepreneurs launch their businesses with 80% of them being Latina business owners.
