In Southwest Denver's Westwood neighborhood, it's hard to experience a hot day without the temptation of a paleta, a type of Mexican ice cream that comes in a variety of flavors. Locals will know paleteros, the street vendors who sell the delicious treats, by their distinct bells that share with the neighborhood they're nearby.
