Residents of a Westminster neighborhood woke up Wednesday morning to an unwelcome surprise—white spray paint covering their cars and garages, marked with crude images and offensive words. Westminster Police say they received nearly a dozen reports from residents whose vehicles and homes were vandalized sometime between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Friday. People living in the Ranch and Hylands at Westbury neighborhoods say the incident has left them feeling uneasy. Many of the graffiti markings were repetitive, using the same slurs and explicit images over and over again.
