Description
Anne Marie Hochhalter, a survivor of the 1999 shooting at Columbine High School, has died.
Her younger brother Nathan Hochhalter said she would want to be remembered not as a victim, but as a survivor.
"I think that she wanted to make a mark on the world that was her mark, and not anyone else's," he said. "She's touched a lot of people and supported a lot of people, and I knew some of it to an extent, but I didn't realize the full extent. So she affected a lot of people in a really good way."
