The woman accused of opening fire in the restroom of an entertainment venue over the weekend faces 104 counts related to the shooting, according to court documents. The charges filed against Nevaeha Crowley-Sanders, 23, include: Five counts of first-degree attempted murder 47 counts of felony menacing Two counts of prohibited use of a firearm 47 counts of reckless endangerment One count each of assault with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, and carrying a concealed weapon. Prosecutors said in court Monday that Crowley-Sanders and the woman she is accused of shooting were acquaintances from high school. On Saturday, just before midnight, Crowley-Sanders and the victim were in the women’s room at Main Event – an entertainment center with an arcade and bowling alley in Highlands Ranch – when they got into a physical fight, prosecutors said. At that point, prosecutors said, Crowley-Sanders fired eight to 10 shots from a gun. The other woman was hit at least four times, prosecutors said. The shooter then left the restroom and fired at least one more shot in the business before meeting up with a man and heading outside to a car. That man was then confronted by a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputy. According to a release from the sheriff's office, the man was armed with a gun and ignored multiple orders to drop the weapon. He turned toward the deputy, who opened fire. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified by the Douglas County Coroner's Office as Jalin Seabron, 23, of Englewood. The woman who was injured is expected to recover. Crowley-Sanders' next court appearance is set for Feb. 24. The shooting involving the deputy remains under investigation.
