One person is in custody and facing an arson charge after a fire at a senior living center in Centennial Thursday morning was deemed suspicious, according to the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office. The fire was reported around 6:30 a.m. at the Centennial Crossings Senior Living Center located at 15475 E. Fair Place in Centennial. Deputies and firefighters with South Metro Fire Rescue responded to the scene.
