Crews from Fort Collins Police Services and Poudre Fire Authority recovered the bodies of two people from a storm drainage tunnel on Monday. The recovery operation happened Monday morning in the 3400 block of South College Avenue in Fort Collins. Drivers were asked to avoid the area, according to a social media post from the Fort Collins Police Department. The area has since been reopened.
