Description
The Denver Department of Public Health and Environment (DDPHE) has ordered tenants to vacate a CBZ Management property near downtown Denver due to an "imminent hazard to public or environmental health." The William Penn Apartments at 1644 N. Pennsylvania St. must be vacated by 5 p.m. Saturday, according to an order posted to the building's door.
