A former ticket broker accused of not delivering thousands of dollars of tickets to customers this past summer has accepted a plea deal. Talia Yadgar, 33, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a single charge of misdemeanor theft. She was given a 12-month unsupervised deferred sentence along with 50 hours of community service and has to pay restitution for three El Paso County victims.
