Wheat Ridge High School dismissed students early on Friday due to a bomb threat made against the school, the Wheat Ridge Police Department said. Wheat Ridge Police said they were contacted around 9:15 a.m. by the FBI about a bomb threat made on social media specific to the school. One juvenile was taken into custody. In a letter sent out to parents, the school district said the juvenile was a student at the school. No other schools were affected.
