The signatures on a petition to recall a Mountain View council member who is accused of shooting a teen in the face was reviewed by the town clerk and determined to be "sufficient" to move forward. On Jan. 6, the town received a "Petition to Recall" council member Brent Metz who has been formally charged with multiple counts, including second-degree assault and menacing.
