Description
On Sunday, a restaurant in Castle Rock offering free, organic meals opened its doors for the first time.
Sunday Salmon first started as a family tradition.
"Sunday salmon was a meal I have been cooking in my home for the past 10 years," said Mary Grothe, owner.
Grothe told 9NEWS that she realized that each plate she set, also served as an opportunity.
“Somebody might express a need they have or a concern or they are having a tough time, immediately someone at that table is gonna swoop in and want to offer condolence, support and help," Grothe said.
