An 18-year-old teen is facing felony charges for animal cruelty after he's accused of torturing and killing his family's 7-month-old kitten. On Sunday, Loveland officers responded to a call from a concerned family who feared for their kitten’s safety. They had set up a camera in their home to monitor what was happening to the pet, only to discover what was going on.
