Description
After learning a veteran DNA analyst at the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) manipulated data in more than 800 cases, CBI said it has now identified over 1,000 cases that were impacted by Yvonne "Missy" Woods' misconduct.
On Tuesday, CBI reported that it had completed a comprehensive review of all the cases Woods had worked on over her 30-year career. In total, CBI said 1,003 cases were identified during its investigation. The agency said if it discovers any new information, it will be "thoroughly vetted."
