Police in Commerce City, Colorado, are looking for a person who cut a wire in a transformer, got shocked and walked away from the scene in the early morning hours of Dec. 12, 2024. "With the amount of electricity the power company believes likely went through the person who cut the wire, we assumed we were looking for a body.
