In a courtroom steeped in emotion, a teen was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole for the shooting death of a woman after a minor traffic collision in 2021. Remi Cordova, who was 14 at the time of the shooting, was convicted in November on three counts related to the shooting: first-degree murder- extreme indifference, second-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.
