Denver Police are investigating after a man on a scooter was hit by a train and seriously injured Sunday morning. Police said the call came in just before 1 a.m. near the intersection of East 42nd Avenue and North Clayton Street, just a few blocks away from the station at East 40th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard.
