A Civil Air Patrol plane crash near Storm Mountain killed the pilot and an aerial photographer on board Saturday. The plane's co-pilot was the only survivor. The Larimer County Sheriff's Office first received a report about a plane crash in the area of Storm Mountain, which is near Glen Haven and Estes Park, at around 11:12 a.m., the sheriff's office said. In a social media post, the Larimer County Sheriff's Office said its deputies and Larimer County Emergency Services were among those responding to the crash. The National Guard was one of the multiple agencies that assisted in rescue efforts, according to the sheriff's office.
