Description
President-elect Donald Trump will be waiting longer to learn the sentencing in his New York hush money trial.
A new ruling from the judge Friday is allowing for more time for arguments on whether the case should be dismissed. Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.
Sentencing was originally scheduled for next week. Now Trump's lawyers have until Dec. 2 and the prosecution has until Dec. 9 to respond. A new date has not been scheduled for sentencing.
