The service for a Golden Police officer who was killed in a crash by a suspected drunk driver while responding to an earlier crash will be held Wednesday but will not be open to the public. Officer Evan Dunn, 33, died in a collision on Highway 58 just after 5 p.m. on Nov. 6. Three other people were also injured, including Officer Bethany Grusing, his field training officer. Stephen Geer, 43, was arrested in connection with the crash. The memorial service for Dunn will take place at Mission Hills Church on Southpark Drive at 1 p.m. The service is private and there are no plans to record it or to provide a public live stream.
