Recovery efforts are continuing in eastern Spain in the wake of historic flooding this week. At least 205 people are confirmed dead and many more are missing. Some places still don't have electricity, running water, or stable telephone connections. Thousands of volunteers are digging through mud and destroyed buildings in a search for survivors.
