These are the top stories from the noon newscast on Friday, Nov. 1: A Denver jury convicted a teenager of first-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a woman who was killed after a minor traffic collision in 2021. Remi Cordova, who was 14 when the shooting happened, was convicted Friday on three counts related to the death of Pamela Cabriales: second-degree murder, first-degree murder- extreme indifference, and attempted first-degree murder. Three people were killed and three other people were wounded in a shooting early Friday morning at a home in Northglenn.
