A Denver Police Department sergeant faces a felony charge of menacing after he was accused of pointing a weapon at someone in Commerce City, the 17th Judicial District Attorney's Office said on Friday. Jason Brake, 57, faces the charge in connection to an incident while he was off-duty on Oct. 3 on East 96th Avenue in Commerce City.
