Police have arrested a suspect in a hit-and-run crash who drove his vehicle onto Folsom Field Thursday. The University of Colorado Boulder issued an emergency alert via social media just before 7:20 p.m. Thursday warning of a heavy police presence at Folsom Field and advising the public to avoid the area.
