Broomfield Police said on Thursday morning there is an active shooting at the Arista Flats apartments on Central Court and residents are asked to shelter-in-place. The apartment complex is near the 1stBank Center between U.S. 36 and Wadsworth Parkway. Police said they have done some limited evacuations.
