Updates to two buildings at a prominent corner next to Coors Field in downtown Denver have stalled after a city commission rejected the proposal. Members of the Lower Downtown Design Review Commission last week voted against approving the plans to combine and update the El Chapultepec and Giggling Grizzly buildings at Market and 20th streets.
