A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a shooting in the area of 16th and Wynkoop streets in LoDo Tuesday evening, the Denver Police Department said. Police said the shooting happened just after 5:30 p.m. The victims, all men, were taken to the hospital. Police said one victim was in critical condition, and the other two suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
