Court documents say Jason Atha flew there to meet a mother and her underage daughter for sex. The woman he thought he was talking to on an app was an undercover special agent with Homeland Security. After admitting the messages were his, Atha also told agents his phone contained child porn. That was confirmed by a search of the phone.
