An Edgewater police officer berated and threatened to shoot a suspect in an arrest captured by his body-worn camera – video that helped convince prosecutors they could not present the case to a jury, 9NEWS Investigates has learned. 9NEWS Investigates found that the same officer was fired from the Boulder Police Department for very similar behavior.
