The ties between Russia and North Korea have reached a new level, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is just wrapping up his visit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. The two also signed a new strategic partnership deal. Putin said the treaty includes a mutual defense provision, in case either country is attacked. CNN's Mike Valerio reports.
