Viewer Sarah Hackett captured this video of a small airplane crashing just east of Interstate 25 near Larkspur Sunday morning. A spokesperson for the Federal Aviation Administration said two people were onboard a twin-engine Tecnam P2006T when it crashed in a field just east of Interstate 25 in the area of Spruce Mountain Road and Sky View Lane. The crash happened around 7:45 a.m. Deputies said it appears the plane hit a highway sign before crashing into the field.
