The city council's resolution would create a $1 million contract between the city and the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless which would pay for more behavior health staff at housing sites. These will be the permanent housing sites, not the mayor's temporary sites in the transitional housing program that's helping people who were living on the streets. The contract will also give people experiencing homelessness access to telehealth. Mayor Johnston still needs to sign off on it.
