One of the two men rescued from the Roaring Fork River in Basalt after their boats capsized Saturday afternoon has died. The Pitkin County Sheriff's Office said a 911 call was made just after 2 p.m. stating that the men's rafts had overturned at the Basalt Whitewater Park and the men were being carried downstream.
