Discolored water flowing down Clear Creek on Tuesday afternoon is not a public health issue, the Clear Creek County Sheriff's Office said.
The sheriff's office said the county's environmental health department determined the gold-orange color was the result of a blocked sediment pond that was let loose down the creek.
