A skier has died after attempting a stunt Tuesday on Berthoud Pass. The Grand County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that dispatchers received a 911 call around 3 p.m. Tuesday reporting a skiing accident on Highway 40, just west of the Berthoud Pass summit. It was reported that a 21-year-old man was unconscious and not breathing and that a bystander was administering CPR. Emergency responders arrived and determined that the man was dead, the sheriff's office said.
