Xcel Energy said on Monday afternoon that 27,100 customers were still without power and that they expected 80% to 90% of those outages to be resolved by Monday night. Xcel was working to restore power after more than 150,000 customers experienced outages as strong winds moved through Colorado this weekend. About 55,000 of those customers had their power preemptively shut off, and more than 100,000 customers lost power at some point due to the wind.
