A person is dead after a Monday morning crash on eastbound E-470 near Washington Street. At about 5:45 a.m., a Ford Explorer rolled on the ramp from I-25 to E-470, according to Sgt. Patrick Rice of Colorado State Patrol. A second vehicle was involved in the crash and a third vehicle hit debris from the crash, Rice said. Two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition, according to Rice. One person died at the hospital and the other has serious injuries, Rice said.
