Police are looking for an armed burglary suspect who was last seen near the CU Boulder campus early Friday morning. Around 3:31 a.m. CU Police issued a shelter in place for the west end area of campus after a report of an armed burglary near 10th and Pleasant streets on the Hill. Police lifted the shelter in place order around 4:19 a.m. but had not located the suspect. Residents are asked to continue to use caution in the area. The suspect is described as a 5-foot 10-inch-tall man carrying three backpacks, wearing a gray hoodie and a colorful hat, according to CU Boulder Police.
