A jury must decide whether a truck driver was reckless when he slammed into another car on Interstate 25 and killed five people, or if the crash was simply a tragic accident due to faulty brakes on the vehicle. Jesus Puebla is charged with 10 counts, including five counts of vehicular homicide and one count of vehicular assault.
