Someone in Colorado is $1 million richer Wednesday after a big Mega Millions drawing. A $1 million Mega Millions ticket was sold in Colorado during Tuesday night's drawing which had a jackpot above $1 billion. The lucky Colorado ticket matched five numbers. The ticket was sold at a Safeway at 12422 W. Ken Caryl Ave. in Jefferson County. The $1.13 billion grand prize winning ticket was issued in New Jersey. Tuesday's drawing was the fifth-largest prize in Mega Millions history and the seventh-largest U.S. lottery jackpot.
