A police officer in the northern Colorado town of Windsor has been arrested on multiple domestic violence-related charges, the Windsor Police Department said. The department said they first became aware of potential criminal misconduct involving 44-year-old Vladimir Zhizhin on Feb. 20. The alleged crimes happened in late 2023 while he was off duty, the department said. The department notified law enforcement in Cañon City and Larimer County, where the crimes allegedly occurred.
