Description
Colorado woman falls victim to 'phantom hacker' scam. She lost more than $35,000 after someone she believed to be with Microsoft took over her computer and got her to withdraw money from her accounts. The victim then made deposits in a cryptocurrency machine following what the scammer had told her to do. The FBI says Americans lost more than $1 billion in these scams last year.
