No charges are expected to be filed after two people were killed in a shooting at a construction site in southwest Denver late last month. A spokesperson for the Denver District Attorney's Office said Wednesday they do not plan to file any charges in connection with the shooting, which happened at a commercial construction site near Belleview Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard around 1:30 p.m. Feb. 25. According to Denver Police, the site manager arrived at the site and found two unauthorized people inside, possibly burglarizing the business. There was some type of confrontation between the three of them and during it, the worker was assaulted, police said. The manager then pulled out a gun and shot them both, according to police.
