Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe is known for featuring plenty of things that catch the eye. But it’s not a painting or a mural that’s drawing attention between 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue on Santa Fe Drive; instead, it's some pipes sticking out of the sidewalk. “I have no idea what it is,” said Hina Chowdhry. “It’s a death trap, is what it is.” Chowdhry lives on the block and said she came home last week to a woman screaming in pain. The woman tripped over the pipes and appeared to have broken her wrist.
