On Friday, loved ones will pay their final respects to a 23-year-old mom killed in a hit-and-run in late December. Aurora Police said Paige Dye was found across the street from the city municipal building near East Alameda Avenue and South Fraser Court on Dec. 29. "I miss her laugh. I miss her smile. She was a super happy person," her friend Kya Perez said. "I loved her like my sister. Like, I would have done anything and everything for her and her kids. It broke my heart for sure. I was devastated. I didn’t even know what to do with myself."
