Description
For the past four days, many residents of the Indian Hills community in Jefferson County have been without water. The Indian Hills Water District said these troubles started with a leak -- one they still haven't found.
Sunday afternoon, contractors were digging underneath the snow to reach the water pipes impacted by the leak, racing against the sun to get the work done before nightfall.
